The grease we use is of excellent quality.
It comes from Ireland (we have not found fat meeting our specifications and of equal quality to this one in France or organically), a country renowned for the quality of its breeding methods and its rich grass, where the cattle stay six to eight months in pastures where they seek their own food in their "natural" environment.
Thus, 95% of their diet is based on fresh or harvested grass.

Grasse's flowers have notably built its history: these rare flowers of the country have given birth to treasures, cherished by the inhabitants. Jasmine is the most widespread, recognized as the "mythical" flower of the city.
